Although nothing will ever compare with the spine-tingling moment when you first look deep into the eyes of a cheetah or watch a newly born elephant wrap itself around its mothers legs, under the bright blue skies and iridescent turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean are lush coral reefs teeming with life.
